Legal Principles
All data processing operations comply with the fundamental legal principles in the area of data protection and privacy, namely regarding their circulation, lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose, minimization, conservation, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality, and Condelix is available to demonstrate its responsibility towards the data subject or any other third party that has a legitimate interest in this matter.
Legitimate Basis
All data processing operations carried out by Condelix have a legitimate basis, namely, either because the data subject has given his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes, or because the processing is considered necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or for pre-contractual steps at the request of the data subject, or because the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject, or because the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Condelix or by third parties.
Purpose of Processing
All personal data processed within the scope of Condelix channels are exclusively intended for the provision of information to Users, for the management of the personal information of Service Recipients considered necessary for the purposes of managing the relationship or communication, as well as for the provision of services contracted by Customers and, in general, for the management of the pre-contractual, contractual or post-contractual relationship with Users, Service Recipients or Customers.
The personal data collected may also, and eventually, be processed for statistical purposes, for information dissemination or promotional actions and for commercial or marketing actions, especially to promote actions to publicize new features or new products and services, through direct communication, whether by correspondence, email, messages or telephone calls or any other electronic communications service, and this data may be transmitted to other companies of the Condelix Group for the same purposes.
Prior information and the collection of express authorization for these latter purposes are always ensured, Users, Service Recipients or Customers may, at any time, exercise their right to object to the use of their personal data for purposes other than the management of the contractual relationship, namely for marketing purposes, for sending informative communications or for inclusion in lists or information services, and to do so, they must send a written request to Condelix, in accordance with the procedures indicated below.
Data Retention Periods
Data collected by Condelix will be stored on servers located within the European Union.
The period of time during which data is stored varies depending on the purpose for which the information is processed. Condelix will keep users' personal data as long as they are active users of its channels. If a user does not interact with any of the features available on the channels for a period of 3 (three) years, their absence will be interpreted as a manifestation of disinterest in maintaining an active registration and Condelix will make efforts with its associated Real Estate Consultants network to ensure that their personal data is eliminated from all databases in which they appear.
There are legal requirements, however, that require data to be kept for a minimum period of time. Therefore, and whenever there is no specific legal requirement, the data will be stored only for the minimum period necessary for the purposes that motivated its collection or subsequent processing or, for the period of time authorized by the National Data Protection Commission, after which Condelix will make efforts to ensure that the respective personal data are eliminated from all databases in which they appear.
Communication of Data to Other Entities
The provision of information or the provision of services by Condelix to its Users, Service Recipients or Customers through the channels may eventually imply the use of services from third-party subcontracted entities, for the provision of certain services, which may imply access, by these entities, to personal data of Users, Service Recipients or Customers.
In these circumstances and whenever necessary, Condelix will only use subcontracted entities that provide sufficient guarantees of implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures in a way that the processing meets the requirements of the applicable standards.
Condelix employees and associated Real Estate Consultants may have access to the personal data of Users, Service Recipients or Clients, although they are covered by an obligation of confidentiality in relation to the data to which they have access.
Condelix employees and associated Real Estate Consultants are duly informed of the importance of complying with this legal duty of confidentiality and are responsible for complying with this obligation of confidentiality.

Third parties, such as Google or Facebook, may also use Cookies (such as Google Analytics and DoubleClick Cookies) that serve to optimize advertisements based on information from users' past visits to the Website.

Taking into account the most advanced techniques, the costs of application and the nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing, as well as the risks, of varying probability and severity, for Users, Service Recipients or Customers, Condelix and all entities that are its subcontractors apply the appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk.
To this end, several security measures are adopted in order to protect personal data against its dissemination, loss, misuse, alteration, processing or unauthorized access, as well as against any other form of unlawful processing.
It is the sole responsibility of Users, Service Recipients or Customers to keep access codes secret and not share them with third parties. In the particular case of computer applications used to access channels, they must also maintain and keep access devices in safe conditions and follow the security practices recommended by manufacturers and/or operators, especially regarding the installation and updating of necessary security applications, in particular, among others, antivirus applications.
If it is necessary to subcontract services to third parties that may have access to the personal data of Users or Customers, Condelix's subcontractors will be obliged to adopt security measures and protocols at the organizational level and the technical measures necessary to protect the confidentiality and security of personal data, as well as to prevent unauthorized access, loss or destruction of personal data.
